How are my points calculated?
You earn 1 point for every dollar spent, based on your subtotal after discounts, taxes, and shipping.
How do I use my points?
At checkout, select “Apply Cash + Rewards” and choose how many points you’d like to redeem. It’s that simple!
Where can I see my points balance?
- Customers: Find your points in the Society Rewards tab in your portal.
- Advisors: View your balance in the Business Bank tab in your Business Portal.
Can I use points for subscriptions?
Absolutely! Here’s how:
- Customers: Log into your account, head to the Society Rewards tab, and toggle the option.
- Advisors: Log into your Business Portal, go to the Business Bank tab, and enable points for subscriptions.
Do my points expire?
Nope! Your Society Rewards Points don’t expire at this time. Enjoy the flexibility to redeem them whenever it suits you.
Can I choose how many points to use?
Of course! Apply as many or as few points as you’d like at checkout—your rewards, your way.
Can I use points and promo codes together?
Yes! Combine Society Reward Points with promo codes for even more savings.
What happens if I cancel or return an order?
Points earned from the order will be deducted. If items are returned, your account may reflect a negative points balance.
Can points be cashed out or transferred?
Points aren’t exchangeable for cash, but Advisors can transfer points to their direct customers or other Advisors through the Business Portal.
Do I get fewer points with discounts?
Not at all! You’ll earn even more:
- Society+ Members: 15% bonus points on every purchase.
- Advisors: 25% bonus points on every purchase.
What about orders paid entirely with points?
Orders fully paid with Society Rewards Points do not earn additional points or volume.
What happens to points if I cancel my account?
Unused points will be forfeited if an account is canceled.
